Herbal Wellness Consultations

Tailored to you! Whatever large or small health concern you may have, lets work together to address how plants can integrate themselves into your healing. Start with an intake form to outline details about yourself and your concerns. Following a completed intake, I will go over and create custom reccomendations based on your unique biology. From there, we will set up a meeting and go over the specifics; what feels good, what doesn’t? What commitment level feels good. How invested you are. What plant allies are you needing to be-friend, etc.


Custom Formulations
As part of your wellness consult, We will work together to create custom formulations based on your desires and needs. I will work to create these formulas for you; whatever they may be; tea blends, tincture blends, flower essences, glycerites, essential oil blends, even homemade marshmallows and adaptogenic drink mixes! The world of herbal medicine has endless possibilities. Lets create something fun and intentional.


Small Batched Apothecary Goods
Along with wellness consults, my herbal practice consists of small batching unique goods which you can find in my small store front, where we will meet. They are changing seasonally; formulated for intentionality but also taking things we love and enjoy and reinventing them with a medical twist. My passion is to make herbal medicine feel easy. To let it take shape within the rituals we already practice.

    Just as other medications, herbs and plant do have contraindications so it’s important to go over all the factors of your pre existing health, medications and conditions to determine the best approach for you.
